What if I am completely new to Mindful Eating? Is this course right for me?
Absolutely! We all started at the very beginning and this course is designed to help those who are brand new at learning how to overcome emotional eating and those who have had some experience but haven't felt successful in the past.
What does the course include?
The course includes a weekly workbook, 30 lessons with step-by-step goals, exercises and activities, daily audio(s) about how to implement the goals and mindful eating and mindfulness audios.
How long does the course take to complete?
We designed it to be completed in 20 minutes a day for 30 days but it is completely up to you, you can go at your own pace.
